Robert Estes Scholarship

Robert’s journey in emergency medical services is truly inspiring. Starting as a non-emergency medical vehicle driver, he found his calling and has been dedicated to patient care ever since. A motorcycle accident in 2019, where he experienced firsthand the incredible work of paramedics, solidifying his path. Despite facing tough recovery, Robert persevered, earning his NREMT certification and gaining extensive experience as an EMT. He’s now volunteering with the Southington Fire Department, working full-time for LaneLife Trans, and even holding down another full-time job with the Ohio Lottery, all while raising his three daughters! Robert’s commitment is unmatched, and he’s now pursuing his dream of becoming a Nationally Registered Paramedic in 2026. Congratulations Robert and best wishes in all of your future endeavors.
